Your satisfaction is important to us. Given that seeds are living organisms, returns can be trickier than usual. Our policy is as follows…
To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the shipment has not already been sent, we will cancel the order and refund your purchase in full.
In order to qualify for a refund on returned orders, all returns must be initiated within 30 days of your purchase. The seeds must be both unopened and undamaged.
If we make any mistake with your order at no fault of your own, please let us know as soon as possible. We will refund or replace any damaged or missing seeds.
Before you mail any returns, please contact us first. We will do our best to respond within 24 hours and we will aid you to the best of our abilities throughout the process.
