Growing Information: Start indoors 10-12 weeks before your last spring frost. Transplant outdoors after all danger of frost has passed. Space your plants about 50cm (1.5 feet) apart. For larger plantings, space your rows 150cm (4-5 feet) apart. 75 days to maturity from transplant.

Allow the fruit to ripen until they turn yellow and the flesh is soft to the touch. After harvesting, set the fruit out in a well-ventilated area until the skin begins to wrinkle. Extract the seeds and allow them to fully dry.
